Mr. Ying Wang is a Senior Engineering Manager at Parsons and has 40+ years
experience in building structure, highway, bridge, shopping center, airport, and
city drainage system design. Mr. Wang is a registered Professional Engineer in
the State of New York. Ying’s design experience includes highway geometry,
horizontal and vertical alignments, typical sections, grading, drainage plan,
drainage structures, storm, sanitary and combined sewers, water mains, maintenance and protection of traffic, transportation
facilities and public works. Ying’s engineering management experience includes preparations of technical proposals for RFP
(Request for Proposal), project staffing table (project budget), and schedule. Ying leads the design team to complete the project
on time and budget with good quality to meet client’s expectations.
